It's ok but could be so much better. The facilities should be excellent. Two pools, sauna, steam room, fancy storm shower and treatment rooms but we found plenty of faults that could easily be fixed by maintenance. The showers needed to be cleaned of lime scale to flow properly, the storm shower reached dangerously hot temperatures without warning. Our locker kept locking us out. The pool areas needed sprucing up as looked grubby as did the far too small changing rooms. They ran out of toilet roll in the ladies around 4pm and none had been replaced by 5.30 when we left. Staff were young and nobody felt in charge although they were pleasant and friendly. We were told we couldn't have massages together (despite an empty table in the room I was in) and my partners massage ended 15 minutes before mine so he definitely didn't get the hour we had paid for. A decent manager, some maintenance and a little more thought, this place could be outstanding.
