I was very disappointed with the poor service I got from J&G Motors when it repaired my car.I needed work done on my car engine just as I was about to drive from Warminster to France. When my car was with J&G Motors, the garage replaced the cambelt and then failed to replace many of the bolts that ensures the belt remains tensioned correctly. When I collected my car (on the day I was driving abroad) a manager assured me that my car was ready for the journey. Throughout the five day journey, there was rattling beneath the bonnet and, having got to France I needed a further 470s of work to rectify the issues resulting from J&Gs work. I was also unable to use my car for several weeks while waiting for spares. This whole episode demonstrated poor workmanship and quality control by J&G Motors and has left me several hundred pounds out of pocket. I very much recommend you think twice before using J&G Motors.

Horrific! Without wasteing anymore time on these clowns Ill be quick, took the car in they said they would look at it, I had to phone them at the end of the day for them to tell me they had done nothing, when they did take a look they tell me the issue and there was no parts in the world to fix it. I found the part that the professionals couldnt. I didnt trust them at this point I took the car to my other garage to get them to fix it, 30 mins after dropping the car the mechanic call me and tells me its ready easy fix was just a wire that needed sorting, J&A clearly did the minimum work they could ie 2 mins to see some corrosion and tell me they could do then charge me 70 for the pleasure, if you need a garage go to spanners or the likes of, they guys are con artists.
Very good garage, have used for a number of years for various cars. Always been well priced and honest. Highly recommended.
Superb service, friendly staff and endlessly helpful. Quality of work on both my cars has been superb, and when a part failed (through no fault of the garages) they insisted on replacing and installing it free of charge even though I would happily have paid. Cant recommend them enough.
