I ordered bespoke furniture from here. It was largely well made and arrived roughly on time, but not complete to the agreed specification. I contacted luxury home furnisher instantly when the incomplete furniture arrived, and received no response to my voicemail. I called and spoke to them several times over the following weeks, and was always promised someone would come out to finish the furniture to the agreed specification. They never apologised for the work being incomplete, although they agreed it was. I was always chasing them, and they still have not completed the furniture, one month after it was received. It is not fit for its intended purpose because it is incomplete. The after sales service was therefore extremely poor, and I did not receive what I had ordered. I would not recommend them.
