I went into the Warminster Jeweller with a couple of my late mother's old rings and they made me an offer of 400 on both of them which they said would last until January. I went into them on the 31st of December and they completely rescinded the offer. So I ended up with nothing. To my mind, if you make an offer and your customer accepts that offer you don't rescind the offer, you stick by it, regardless. It's just good customer service. Even if the offer was made in haste and was incorrect they should stick by it. But they didn't so I won't be doing business with them ever again and will be telling my friends not to do business with them either.
Fantastic collection of jewellery plus friendly and efficient service. Good if they can provide clients chairs or refreshments when viewing their jewellery. Nevertheless this is really extra.
