We had a great experience with Allen and Harris westbury. From our very first viewing with Sophie she was great, she was always on time (we were not so lucky with other estate agents) always so helpful and answered any questions we had even if they were silly. (Even now Im still emailing her with questions about the property and we are completing next week!) Sophie was very quick at responding to my many emails and always had time for us. She made the process of searching for our house as first time buyers so easy I couldnt recommend her enough. We only met one other member of staff there, I think his name was Lee and he was just as helpful and friendly, no scary mortgage lingo that goes straight over your head. He explained the process so simply and was so easy to follow! He gave us great advice even though we didnt get our mortgage through them! Great team! Friendly and so helpful!

We used the Calne office to buy a house and was given fanatic advice from L** the mortgage man, who is now in Westbury. All staff have been very friendly and returned call. L**'s information was current and up to date and was always willing to help with silly questions, as we where first time buyers and it is very stressful and he was very helpful.
