Oh My GOD! What a shocking place. Our children have left home and now we have more rooms than we need so the my wife thought it would be a great idea to turn one of the old bedrooms into a type of den/snug/tv room. A trip to B&Q got us everything we needed like paint, flooring and decorative bits and pieces etc., but we needed somewhere to sit.We didn't want to spend too much but wanted something comfortable, and had seen a shoddy looking sign for this place at the side of the road, so we assumed it was going to be cheap and cheerful.Nothing could have prepared us for what we found when we got there. The car park was empty (other than staff cars) so we thought that was a bad sign. The Warehouse is a mess on the outside, it is full of cracks, damp patches and all the window frames are rotten, and on the other side of these windows you can see piles of junk instead of displays. It was the same on the inside, down stairs is dark and dirty, the carpet is rotten and held down in places with sticky tape, the walls have not been painted or cleaned in years, there was nothing that made us feel that this place sold anything of quality or that the owners cared a jot about anything other than taking your money. Everywhere smells of damp. The furniture is scattered about with no regard and there was not a member of staff to be seen so we went up stairs, This was just as bad. There was an old lady with a walking stick stacking cheap looking cushions on a rack and a scruffy looking farmer in shorts and tee-shirt sat at a desk, he turned out to be the owner which might explain why his building looks as shabby as he did.The prices were not that great so I asked him what sort of discount he could do me, his reply was "Not Much" and went on to tell us that the stock on display was the only stock for sale but he could supply goods to order. We had a look round and but had made up our mind that even if we saw something we liked we would not buy it from here, then I heard my wife let out a "yelp" and then turn and run for the door, I caught her up back at our car and she told me she had seen a mouse, she was visibly shaken so we left.I have since spoken with friends who have also visited the place they too all have similar horror stories of this place. It is shocking, if you ever feel compelled to buy furniture from here then seek psychiatric help, there are so many other places you can go, we found a great deal at shop in the centre of Warminster, shop around and avoid this place
