Beautiful spa, relaxing rooms and yummy afternoon tea. To make it really perfect it would be nice to be shown where to go, how to use the lockers etc. I was lucky that two very helpful other guests were near me to help me! Also and is often mentioned, noise from large groups. It really did spoil a special afternoon, hard to relax with a big group of girls and boys laughing and loudly talking everywhere.
So many different spas, steam rooms all slightly different and smelling so beautiful and calming. Fell asleep on the water beds, as did many others. This is such great value for money, already planning return visit next year.
Really friendly, welcoming staff. Great food, even with the spa day package. They made my mum's day that bit more special. Only negative is ladies changing room showers stink damp almost toilet smell but hopefully they will resolve that in the upcoming works
My friend and I had an Spa Break and had a very enjoyable and indulgent experience. It was set up for its Winter Wonderland, which gave it a really magical dimension. The whole package was excellent and the staff were absolutely lovely, especially Sally who made it extra special. She definitely made a difference, as she made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived until the day we departed. She was so friendly and kind, whilst making sure that our needs were met that we didn't want to leave. We will be returning and when we do, we will make sure that Sally is there .
Went for a break with the husband. Had a lovely relaxing time. Enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms, there are so many we didn't even use them all. We did the brunch package and the food was delicious. Staff were very Friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the pool was too cold, would have preferred it to have been hot tub temperature.
