I wish to make people aware of how disappointed we were with this product. Read the small print before you purchase. We decided to build the shed ourselves as the cost to have Dunstable house build was extremely expensive, especially when added to the cost of the cabin. The first discrepancy was the booklet which was over photocopied, which meant the pictures were difficult to fathom out, plus numerical figure references were not correct. The videos on YouTube were not that informative.The wood was split at the ends quite badly and once the cabin was built, wet patches appeared on the walls. We have overcome this now but if quality control had been put in place at the start we wouldnt have had as many cracked pieces as we did. Any enquires have to be dealt through their customer service. When you need to know something in the midst of the build you dont want to wait for a reply, you need to speak to a human either on the phone or face to face. When I put in my letter of complaint I was fobbed of with an arrogant reply stating that their product is easy to build but depended on my level of competence with timber buildings. Whilst we are good DIYers, this needed a lot of knowledge to build it. Really think about It before you purchase. Difficult build, poor quality wood and my doors 3 months later are now not fitting properly.
Very poor display area - not many products in their range on display. Young lad in the office didn't really know much. Disappointed - will be going elsewhere.

Would not trust this company with a tent, let alone a cabin. Turned up said the Base was wrong and then used different blocks to make it look uneven, Base was concrete layed by myself and a builder mate, will not use email and will only call you back. Tried to rip us off for another 500, if in doubt, go to Martin Lewis website, it's all there, although they have tried to block reviews, do not use them.
Worst Business I have ever been to. When I was leaving, after looking at a few sheds, an aggressive woman demanded my "Details" When I refused to give them she said I would have to leave as "This is private property." I was walking towards my car at the time and within two feet of it! No wonder there were no other cars in the Customer Car Parking Bays. Never have I been refused entry to a store for not giving personal details to someone - I'm not even sure it is legal?Needless to say I will not be buying anything from that store - Ever.
