Very skilled tradesman
We had a large wooden framed sofa and reclining armchair. They are Ercol and very good quality. Over the years they have been so comfortable but nine years and two grandchildren had taken their toll. Ercol would supply covers for the chair, at considerable cost, that I would have had to fit myself, but no longer provided covers for the sofa. My online research identified Mr Thomas but the three star review initially concerned us. But we saw that one of the reviews, the only negative one concerned the alleged driving of the company van! (To allow some village idiot to leave a review about driving a van rather than customer satisfaction seems absurd). From the moment we went to his premises until the moment he returned our furniture he has been an absolute gentleman. The cost to us, which was well under what Ercol wanted for the chair alone, was competitive and reasonable. He arrived as promised, carried the furniture away and returned it within the timeframe agreed. The quality of the work is excellent and we would certainly recommend him and use his services again.
Really pleased with the work Kevin did on our old sofa. Not only is the workmanship first class, but his help and input on colour schemes and cloth design made choosing the fabrics easy. A real pleasure to deal with and I won't hesitate to recommend him - excellent service - thanks Kevin.
