Great room for the price. I've stayed here several times whilst working in the area and the staff are always friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. There's a subway, BK and Gregg's onsite too if you get hungry
Sites next to lorry parking, which is used 24/7 . Ok if you like the thrumming of diesel
Friendly staff. Only stayed for one night and arrived around midnight but staff were willing to help with an issue I encountered with the Wi-Fi as they got me in contact with the company who provided the Internet and I managed to get the issue resolved.Beds were well made and comfy and it was a decent night's sleep.
Sadly reduced from their own cafe to burger king. Not very clean and not welcoming after a long drive. Avoid this one if you can.
Absolutely disgusting place. Staff unfriendly and rude. Services have no functioning toilet facilities so in desperation with a small child I asked nicely if travel lodge could accommodate my granddaughter she is 7yrs. I was told no. They refused a child the use of the toilet. Visitors visiting the services were peeing and pooing in the car park leaving mess and tissues everywhere. This resembled a land fill site not a car park. Needless to say my granddaughter could not hold on any longer. So she had to continue our journey home 2hrs in discomfort of wet soiled clothes. Not good enough travel lodge. Disgusted you refused a child of basic human rights.
